Hunt for street shooter

Police are hunting a gunman who shot a man in the buttock outside a popular pizza restaurant in Harlesden.

Emergency services were called to outside Pizza Roma, in Harlesden High Street, at 10.20pm on Monday (01).

Officers found a 21-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the right buttock.

The victim was taken to hospital by ambulance and his injuries are described as non-life threatening.

Witnesses saw a suspect fleeing towards Craven Park.

The incident is being investigated by the North Trident Shootings Team. Anyone with any information on the shooting should call 020 8733 4774 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
